Fit Family Challenge programmes are compiled under five different phases.
Designed to keep you working and accountable for your goals 8 weeks on, one week off, for five phases.
We collate everyone’s progress and at the end of Phase five in November we launch the “BIG REVEAL” – where the top 10 men and women from the Weightloss score board will be revealed and rewarded with the BIG REVEAL prizes!
We aim to keep you hungry, passionate, and motivated to complete the whole year with your eyes on the prize – your goals!
This will be a battle for survival and endurance!
